Стоимость оплаты коммунальных услуг постоянно растёт. Но есть несколько способов существенно 
сократить расходы на свет, тепло и воду. О том, как это сделать, «АиФ» рассказала исполнительный директор «ЖКХ-Контроль» Светлана Разворотнева.
Откажитесь от радиоточки
Если вы не слушаете радио, откажитесь от ежемесячной абонентской платы за радиоточку. Тем более что в том году плата за неё повысилась во всех регионах. Например, в Санкт-Петербурге за неё приходится отдавать 72.33 руб. в месяц. В пересчёте за год можете сэкономить около 1000 руб.
Это же относится и к коллективной антенне, если у вас стоит спутниковое или кабельное ТВ. Так, в зависимости от региона сэкономить на ней можно от 400 до 1500 руб. в год.
Поставьте счётчики
В первую очередь установите счётчики на воду. Если у вас их нет, то вы платите по нормативам, определённым вашим регионом. В части субъектов РФ эти нормативы ниже, чем потребляют люди, но в большинстве — выше. К тому же те, кто ещё не установил счётчики, платят по повышающему коэффициенту — в 1,5 раза выше, чем требует норматив.
Заряжайте телефон ночью
Новые счётчики учитывают свет в трёх временных промежутках: самая дорогая зона Т1 — с 7.00 до 10.00 и с 17.00 до 21.00, чуть дешевле будет тариф Т2 — с 10.00 до 17.00 и с 21.00 до 23.00 и самая дешёвая Т3 — с 23.00 до 7.00. Плата за пользование светом Т1 почти в 3 раза выше, чем за Т3. Поэтому стирать, включать посудомоечную машину и заряжать гаджеты лучше в ночное время.
Стирайте в холоде
Большой расход воды и света забирает стирка. Поэтому лучше включать машинку при полной загрузке и стирать при низких температурах. Оптимально использовать температуру 40-50°C, а количество оборотов снизить до 600-800.

Удаляйте накипь
Чистить нагревательные элементы чайника, «стиралки», посудомоечной машины и прочей техники лучше раз в неделю. Дело в том, что накипь сокращает теплопроводность, что заставляет приборы расходовать в разы больше энергии.
Проверьте холодильник
А именно резинки на дверцах и лёд в морозилке. Если резинки держатся неплотно, холодильник работает не на полную мощность. Чаще размораживайте технику, наледь снижает эффект от её работы.
Пользуйтесь правильной посудой
Чем быстрее будет нагреваться посуда, тем меньше затратится энергии. Поэтому перейдите на керамическую, стеклянную и медную утварь вместо стальной и чугунной. Размер кастрюли выбирайте чётко под размер порции, которую хотите приготовить или разогреть. Чем больше предмет, тем сильнее он расходует энергию.
Попробуйте аэраторы
Это специальные насадки на смесители, которые не льют потоком воду, а разбрызгивают её. Это позволит сократить расход воды в 2-3 раза. Ведь при умывании, чистке зубов, мытье рук ежедневно мы теряем около 10-12 л, а с таким смесителем — 5-6 л.
Перейдите на технику А-класса
Давно доказано, что техника последнего поколения расходует гораздо меньше энергии, чем её прототипы B, C, D и пр. классов. Как правило, класс техники указан на этикетке. Чем ближе к А, тем техника энергоэффективней. Правда, стоить она может в разы дороже обычной, но и служит гораздо дольше — более 15 лет, к тому же точно окупит затраты через уменьшение расходов на электроэнергию.

Установите датчики движения
Ими можно оборудовать не только комнаты, кухню и ванную, но и балконы, кладовки, коридоры, подъезд. Датчики сокращают на 20-30% среднюю оплату за свет.
